anyway, you've got a really good avatar too.. I had a thought for u - when both door on it are closed, make it wait 2 seconds till it opens again...... I think it would be slightly better......

Thanx a lot for the sugg. but u knw i have already sliced my avatar to 14.9 kb by removing frames ... so pausing it for another 5/10th of sec will cost me another kb :( which is not possible but still ill try to fix ... :) and herez the original avatar [link]

well mine is bit over 15 100 b ;).... if u use Adobe Image ready to make a gif, you can set a delay on each frame. naturally it's set to no delay. on the final frame u can set 2 sec and there won't be more info in the file, just the "no delay" will be overwritten with 2 ;) ..... and u don't have to add frames :w00t:


..um..53 frames?? that's so much..

I use AnimationShop Pro ... i knw we can fix they delay time but if i save my frames again it will degrade the quality further :( so ill do it from the begining whenever ill get time ....but definately gonna pause it for a sec. as u said :)
